Dear patients of Alla Ozerova Health Centre, please be advised of new appointment booking policies:

• Effective immediately, patients will no longer be charged the full appointment price if they change or cancel their appointment outside of 48 hours notice.

• Appointments cancelled, rescheduled outside of the 48 hour notice, will be subject to a $50 charge.

• No shows will be charged $50.
